During CES 2011 Taiwanese computing giant Acer has announced a number of smartphones. One of them, a beautiful midrange Android 2.2 soon to be released gadget is called Acer Liquidmini, which is a bit smaller and simpler version of smartphone Acer Liquid E.

Smartphone Acer Liquidmini is built in monoblock form factor. The size of its body is only slightly smaller than its predecessor 110x58x13 mm compared to 115x63x13 mm and weighs just 109 g. At the moment it is announced to be running on operating system Android 2.2, which may by the time of release be updated to Android 2.3.

The list of specs of this smartphone Acer Liquidmini include: 7227 Qualcomm processor with a clock frequency of 600 MHz, 3.2-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 320×480 pixels, 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, FM, 1300 mAh battery, 512 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, and a slot for microSD memory cards.

Manufacturer will be targeting youth with this smartphone Acer Liquidmini, which can be guessed by the range of bright colors this new gadget will be presented in like blue, white, pink, yellow and black. Acer Liquidmini will hit the retail stores by April this year. Nothing has been said about the exact release date and price of this beautiful creation by Acer.
